Q. What is a Pan Card ?
Permanent Account Number (PAN) is a ten-digit alphanumeric identifier, issued by Income Tax Department. PAN Card is a unique identity number. Each assessee (e.g. individual, firm, company etc.) is issued a unique PAN Card. Permanent Account Number (PAN) is mandatory for transacting in financial markets in India.
Q. Do i need a Pan Card ?

Q. So does that mean that its mandatory to have a Pan Card for NRI ?
No, it's not mandatory but in view of above it is advisable for Non Residents to obtain Permanent Account Number.
Q. How much time it takes to get the PAN Card Application Processed?
A. Once your application has been successfully processed, we will forward you an acknowledgement number (coupon number) along with a link to track the status of your application.
Within 15 working days of receiving your coupon number, you can see a pan number has been issued and in the next 15 days, the actual card will be delivered to your address.
Q. Do I need to send any documents to India?
A. You only post your application with the supporting documents to our office in the UK and we facilitate your PAN card application further to the Indian tax authorities. (If you are a Non UK based customer, you can send your application to our offices in India)
Q. Do I need to pay first before discussing my application with you as lot of websites on the internet asking me to pay first?
A. No, we provide free initial consultation and you can call us during or working hours. If we feel you don’t have the right documents, we will advise you what is required to process your application and you can send the fee along with your PAN Card application.
Q. I don’t know where to get the rupee demand draft?
A. You need not to worry for getting the rupee demand draft as we will take care of that and you can pay us in your local currency for your PAN Card application.
Q. How can I make the payment for my PAN Card application ?

Q. How can I track the status of my PAN Card application ?
A. Once your PAN Card application has been submitted, we will email you a coupon number and you can track the status of your application by visiting our website.
Q. What happens if my application gets rejected?
A. We don’t forward any application or process the fee unless we have the right supporting documents with the application. In any case, if your application gets rejected, we will refund you the full fee.
Q. What is Apostille and why I need to get my documents Apostille?
An Apostille Certificate is an official certificate issued to documents so they will be recognised in member states without further Legalisation. Once a document has had an Apostille Certificate attached to it confirming the authenticity of signatures and seals it can be presented to any country which recognises the Apostille.
You are only required to get your proof of address Apostille, if you are holding a foreign passport and don’t have OCI/PIO card or a NRI bank account.
